Environment Canada has issued a Wind Warning for Pincher Creek, Crowsnest Pass, and Waterton Lakes National Park'
Westerly winds gusting to 100 km/h are expected this evening.
Strong westerly winds have developed in Southwestern Alberta. Winds gusting to 100 km/h are forecast for this evening along the foothills and mountain passes in the Crowsnest Pass and Cardston regions. Winds will diminish below warning strength overnight.
In Pincher Creek and Cardston wind warnings are issued when sustained wind speeds are expected to reach or exceed 80 km/h or winds gust to 100 km/h or more.
