Council for Town of Pincher Creek decided at their Monday, November 9 meeting to hold a by-election for the seat of councillor on January 11, 2015. The reason for the seat vacancy is the resignation of Tammy Rubbelke on October 22, 2015. Nomination day will be held on December 14, 2015. Institutional voting stations will be located at the Pincher Creek Health Centre, Vista Village, Crestview Lodge and Whispering Winds Village. An advanced vote is scheduled for January 6, 2016.
