Livingstone School's Jr. B Sabres hosted Kainai's Eagles yesterday evening. The Eagles, a generally older an more experienced team, dominated the game, winning it by a wide margin. The Sabres worked hard througout, but the Eagles had the dominant passing game. The Sabres did take a lot of shots, but the Eagles sank a lot of shots, including some impressive long shots and effective rebound work.
The Junior Boys Sabres will be hosting an 8-team tournament at Livingstone School on February 13/14. Participating teams include Crowsnest Pass, St. Michael's, Fort Macleod, Claresholm, Nobleford, Mountain View, and Medicine Hat.
