Retiring Midget Huskies
Chase Tymchyna, Blair Goodreau, and Captain Zach Wall are all graduating from the team. "They are done minor hockey.," said Head Coach Kent Goodreau. Three boys that turn into men, leaders. Tyson Goodreau is coming on board next year. He was a Bantam Chinook during the 2012/13 season, and a Bantam AA Rockies member for the 2013/14 season. He's a seasoned, smart player. Coach Goodreau intends to be back too "If they'll have me".
"I'll tell you, these three kids, watching them play through their career... these other kids that played underneath them got an experience of a lifetime to play under these three," said Goodreau of Blair, Chase, and Zach.
"They weren't only good hockey players on the ice, they were great leaders. In the dressing room, they made my job easy. They helped the kids, and as you can see all year, those three protected our whole team."
