Mark Patenaude has been located by police and is safe.

The Rocky Mountain House RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public in locating 31 year old, Mark Patenaude. Mark left Rocky Mountain House on October 3rd to go for a drive and was last seen in Rimbey, Alberta at approximately 10:00 pm this same date. Mark does not have his vehicle with him now and is believed to be on foot. He is described as being Caucasian with medium length dark hair and dark stubble for facial hair. He is approximately 6 feet tall and 175-180 pounds, of a thin build. He was last seen wearing glasses, a dark hoodie (possibly brown) and blue jeans. He may or may not have a ball cap with him.
