Come out to Janet’s kitchen and learn the simple basics of using pure sourdough starter to make bread and pancakes. Using “Beauregard”, a starter that originated in Alaska over 50 years ago, you will learn the art of making artisan breads from the Tartine Bread book. It’s simple, it’s fun and so delicious! The class includes a jar of your own starter, recipes, and a fun afternoon of cooking. Maximum 7 Students.
