Pincher Creek Atom 2 Chinooks vs Irvine Bulldogs

On Saturday November 10, 2012 the Pincher Creek Atom 2 Chinooks traveled to Irvine for a game against the Irvine Bulldogs.

The Chinooks started out slow and most of the play was in their end. #30 Tristen Blood, the goalie for the Chinooks, was outstanding in that making save after save.  The period ended tied 0-0.

Then in the second period the Chinooks stepped up their game. With 9:35 remaining #21 Abi Cryderman scored a very nice unassisted goal with the Chinooks leading 1-0. But then Bulldogs’ #14 Reese Barton scored at 9:15 and again at 5:11. At the end of the 2nd Bulldogs led 2-1.

In the 3rd period at the 19:36 mark Chinooks #18 Caleb Evans had an early goal assisted by #4 Beyonce Crowshoe, tying it 2-2. Reese Barton had three more goals leading the Bulldogs to victory. The final score was 6-2 Bulldogs.

The Chinooks had a tough game, but they did their best.
